We are hiring for Remote Support Engineer

Hi All, Exp: 2-5 Years Location: Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate/7 Days Job Description: • Own the calls from common pool of co desk and work towards resolution of same on priority or criticality of the call logged. • Has to analyze the call to check whether call needs to be transferred to different IT department as per escalation and transfer the call to the concerned team for resolution with proper service notes regarding the issue. • Has to check upon scheduled weekly visits, in time, out time of onsite engineers for his assigned respective branches on daily basis and update the status of same to next level. • Installations, configurations, patch updating of software’s to be done according to INGLIFE requirements and policies. • Has to collect the inventory report, branch security and summary reports from the onsite engineers on weekly visits, verify the same and send it across next level and IT helpdesk for further verification.
