Role: Telecom Trainee L1 Support

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: BE (ECE), ME (Communications) 2016 or 2017 passed outs 
• Consistent 70% and above marks throughout 10th, 12th, UG / PG
• Good communication skills
• Good Knowledge in Telecom products & Functional Call flows
• GSM and GPRS Concepts
• Ready to work in rotational shifts
• Only Male candidates
• Candidates must be willing to sign a 3-Year service agreement which is Non-breakable 

Job Descriptions:

• Handling all the Mobile Network related technical complaints within SLA
• Monitor and trend analysis on customer technical complaints and coach care team to have effective probing questions for first call closure
• Regular review with CS managers along with business operations to improve operational efficiency
• Trigger incident to GTAC based on the customers technical complaints and follow-up for closure by regular review
• Review the incidents with the concern stakeholders

Work Location: Chennai
