Job Title: Manager - HR

Division: Human Resources

Job Location:  Mumbai – (Central line Mulund W)

Territory need to be handled : South + West Hub

Purpose

Responsible for leading the human resources across the Hub to support business verticals.

Responsibilities

Recruitment , PMS, Employee engagement.

Experience:

7-8 yrs in handling generalist Human Resources activities such as performance evaluation and appraisal, competency mapping, managing recruitment, training and development etc..Preference will be given to candidates from similar industry.

Education:

Graduate / MBA/ PG Diploma (preferably in HR )

Salary: up to 6 LPA CTC

Preferences:

-              Male candidate

-              Retail background

-              Bulk hairing

-              Addition knowledge of any South Indian language.

-              Ready to travel

-              Can join ASAP
