Experience: 0-5 years

Required skills:

    Excellent communication skill ( English)  is mandatory

    Proficiency in MS Excel is required

    0-5 years of experience in BPO or Accounting Domain

Roles & Responsibilities ( International Voice)

    Previous experience in Customer Service role preferred.

    Active user of internet and online applications. strong knowledge of current affairs.

    Demonstrated proficiency in English

    Must be able to work on flexible schedule

    Technologically capable: have had experience troubleshooting personal electronic devices

    Freshers with Good communications can also apply

    Respond to Customer inquiries and problem escalations

    Provide E-mail and Phone support to trouble shoot and resolve issues experience

    Provide excellent customer service to our customers

Roles & Responsibilities (Accounting)

    Should have prior experience in General Accounting process.

    Thorough knowledge of Balance sheet items/ Income statement line items.

    Knowledge of Accrual preparation/validation.

    Closing cycle knowledge in sequential order (for -candidates from BPO Industry).

    Knowledge on Amortization of pre payments.

    Knowledge of Fixed assets accounting cycle (capitalization, depreciation accounting, disposals, retirement).

    Knowledge of Foreign exchange transactions (should be able to explain spot/average rates & Multi currency transactions).

    Reconciliation of Balance sheet items (Fixed assets, current assets, current liabilities ).

Must Carry:

    2 Copies of resume (write " HR Sudipta " on top of it)

    2 Passport size photographs

    Gov't I'd proof xerox & original
