Telecom or Mobility or Automotive domain experience (Any one)
Work experience in Android/telephony module/RIL (Any one)

Understanding of 3GPP Specs w.r.t Call, eCall, bCall
Understanding of 3GPP Specs w.r.t Data
DSDA/DSDS
Understanding of 3GPP Specs w.r.t UICC, eUICC
Understanding of 3GPP Specs w.r.t SMS

Good to have:
QXDM, QPST, OOAD Tool usage (Any one tool)
Agile development methodology
