Roles and Responsibilities Essential Knowledge and Skills
Analyze customer information requirements and define content strategy.
Re-Write, review, edit, and update substantive materials for projects undertaken by the company
Conducting check of website content and updating the same as per company requirements
Coordinate with Team lead to ensure that all Content deliverables meet requirements for edits, copy edits and proofing. Write, edit and revise a variety of user online documentation.
Work with client & relevant stakeholders to ensure information in the documents is complete and accurate.
Understanding the information needs of the users and standardize the delivery of information.
Maintaining records, reports, files, and editing written material.
Excellent English written and spoken skills
Certificate OR Bachelors OR Masters in English Literature, language or similar qualification.
Familiar Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Powepoint etc) and any web tools.
Process familiarization with User manuals, Installation manuals, Online help guides, Quick start guide, Component Maintenance Manual...
