Venue: Cibersites India Pvt. Ltd, 6th Floor, Bagmane World Technology Center, Mahadevapura-Doddanekundi, Bangalore.
Landmark: Next to EMC2

Date: 19 & 20 Dec 2017 between 3 PM- 7 PM

Experience: 2- 5 yrs

Job Description:

• Seasoned recruitment professional, those that have work in recruitment and have an understanding of technology.
• US sourcing experience required
• Expertise in working with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like Job diva, Taleo, and Bullhorn
• Strong understanding of W2, US Citizens, Green Card Holder, H1B, EAD and direct client relationships.
• Should be comfortable to work with US Citizens and Green Card holders, good understanding of sourcing potential candidates from different sources like job boards, social medias.
• Experience in sourcing and screening the Profiles from different portals, Networking, Database, Head hunting & Social Networking Sites, managing End to End prospect of Recruitment activities.
• Understanding the Job description by interacting with technical teams.
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation and Convincing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Windows Live Mail including MS Outlook, Skype.
• Should be comfortable to work in US timings such as EST, PST.
