We have an urgent opening for the post of Support Executive (Freshers)

Job Description:

• Attending to customer service calls, allocating them to the service engineers & ensuring that the customer requests are closed efficiently
• Taking feedback from customers after the service
• Keeping all the records and preparing the required reports.

This is an urgent requirement and would require people who are willing to join immediately.

PS: This is not BPO or call centre
