Technical Skills:

• Java, J2EE, Hibernate 3.0.2, Spring 1.2.3, Struts 2.0, Web services
• JSP, HTML,CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JBoss 5.x
• Design Patterns in Java / J2EE
• MySQL 5.x, SQL querying experience
• Strong RDBMS design & development skills

Job Description:

• Have prior experience of leading small teams in working with public facing web sites. Strong problem skills.
• Successful track record in collaborating with product managers, application developers and infrastructure operations
• Must possess the can do attitude with excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels within the organization.
• Plan, Execute and Manage web performance analysis activities including profiling and diagnostics with comprehensive root cause analysis and recommendations
• Experience in Subversion Version Control tool
• Ant/Maven script / Build & Release Management Process
• Linux- Command line experience on Linux systems and understanding of basic system commands
