Management Trainee- Management (Sampling)
Essential information:
- Fresh pass-out MBA/PGDBM/ MCA /B.Tech /M.Tech /M.Sc /MA (English) candidates - MUST
- Excellent Communication Skills - MUST
- All Candidates should be open to Night shifts - MUST
- Meals & Transport would be provided by the Company
Specific responsibilities of the Management Trainee include:
* Must Manage Multiple Projects
* Analysis of Client Sample Requirement and Devising Action Plan
* Manage Response quality
* Effective Coordination and Communication with Project Managers
* Vendor Management
* Daily Project Reporting
Qualifications:* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to problem-solve and create logical solutions.
* Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously, some with tight deadlines.
* Proficient with Access, Excel, Word; strong internet knowledge.
* Knowledge of market research methodologies is a plus.
Stipend for 1 year as Management Trainee:
Annual Compensation INR 235,498 p.a.
Confirmation after 9 months-1 year as Associate Project Manager with CTC 3, 62,250 /-
Service agreement of 3 years with the organization which includes Training period (must)
SA of 3 yrs. ,In case they leave the organization in 1 yr. i.e. in Training period, they need to pay 1 lac which is the Training cost and post confirmation if they leave ,it would be 2 lac
