HCL BServ is hiring for a Voice process in Healthcare domain for Chennai Location.

Excellent opportunity for people with Good English Communication. 

- To make out bound calls following up on outstanding claims / accounts. (No Sales involved)
- Make / Receive calls from customers relating to their invoices / outstanding / orders or collect insurance details.
- Document and take accurate action on the information gathered from either the insurance representative or customers.
- Process medical billing related transactions accurately and in accordance with client stipulated procedures. 

Requirements: 
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 0 to 5 years of total experience in any Voice or healthcare domain.
- 2017 Freshers are most welcome (Any Graduates can apply//No backlogs in UG)
- Candidate must poses an Excellent communication skills(Both written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in Night shits.
