- Involve in entire Recruitment lifecycle process such as Sourcing resume from job portals, Initial resume screening, interviewing, Rate Negotiation, on boarding
- Hiring domain expertise as per the client requirement.
- Actively working to build the pipeline of candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with respective functional heads to define recruitment requirements, job specifications, Interview process
- Define and implement sourcing, pitching and recruitment process
- Manage recruitment lifecycle on various posts

- Person from BFSI Background would be an added Advantage.
