Short listing of the profiles from team, interview scheduling, and coordination for the interview.
Requirement gathering - Sourcing - Short listing profiles - calling and screening - scheduling and coordinating interviews with interview panel - salary negotiating - follow up till the candidate joins the organization
Sourcing and headhunting profiles from job portals, social networking sites, Linkedin, referrals, etc

Desired Profile:
Should be Flexible.
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.
