Experience : 1-6 years
Designation : Senior Process Executive (SPE)
Shift : Night shifts


Job Description:

Each accountability should begin with an action verb (e.g., design, manage, implement, develop, evaluate, administer, and coordinate)
Answers inbound calls related to Policy benefits, claim status, check status etc. from US based HealthCare providers
Completes required documentation as per guidelines
Shares Best Practices and process improvement ideas. Conducts refresher trainings / audits to improve the team performance
Development trainings for self and team member
Regular attendance is an essential function of the job. Performs other duties as assigned or required
Provide L1 Voice Support.
Handling user call validation process, and to ensure the client satisfaction as well as user fulfillment.
Customer interaction, trouble shooting, queries handling.
Must have experience in international voice process.

Note:

• All resumes will be screened and only shortlisted candidates will be taken through the interview process

• Candidates with good communication skill is only applicable and should have minimum 1year experience in international calling (Healthcare Domain)
• Candidates with arrears or not a graduate are not eligible for this process, minimum 15 years of education is mandatory(both freshers and experienced)
• Should be flexible to work in night shifts
• Candidates who attended the interview in the same process in the last 3 months are not eligible for this interview
