Job Purpose: 
The Client Services / Project Director is responsible for devising strategies to maximize business revenues by ensuring a high level of customer engagement and delight. Evaluate and log project requirements, negotiate deadlines with clients, identify issues and provide workable solutions. Proactively tackle problems that arise in the team and resolve them to ensure there is no negative impact on productivity and delivery of assignments. Ensure compliance with quality and project control procedures to deliver projects to time, budget and quality standards. Since this is an on-site role, s/he is required to have strong leadership, organizing skills and client handling skills with good ability to multi-task and handle teams across different locations in India.

Job Description:
Build and develop effective relationships with the clients, managing their perceptions and expectations
Understand client business objectives to build a pipeline of future work and also monitor client delivery on an ongoing basis to ensure agreed SLAs and KPIs of the contract are strictly implemented
Generate business insights through analyzing relevant competitors data, their offerings, and pricing strategies
Developing relationships with key decision makers in select organizations for business development
Responsible for managing the Localisation team (translators) at the client site to manage escalations and ensure resolution to clients satisfaction
Planning capacity to handle spikes in demand when there is a sudden increase in inflow of work
To measure customer-satisfaction and reporting to the leadership team on any resulting action points
To ensure compliance with quality and project control procedures to deliver projects to time, budget and quality standards
Consistently monitor the volumes against budget and provide forecasts and also and communicate project variances
