International Voice Process under BPO industry involving interaction with our Global Clients/Customers and resolving customer issues over both Inbound/Outbound calls and Managing Data

Shifts : ROTATIONAL SHIFTS/NIGHT SHIFTS

Designation : Associate

Experience : 0 to 1 years Experience (looking for Immediate Joiners)

Salary : Based on your previous experience according to Industry Standards

EDUCATION CRITERIA

Graduate Freshers and Experienced

Undergraduates (10+2 / 10+2+Diploma ) and BE/B.Techs with less than minimum 6 months experience in Customer Support BPO

Postgraduates with BPO Experience only are eligible

NOTE: / B.E / B.Tech / MBA / M.Tech or any Post Graduate CANNOT APPLY

Excellent written Communication Skills
Proactively Communicating with various teams within the client.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
