Skills Required : An individual contributor with 4-6 yrs years of experience in domestic IT recruitment with sound communication skills. Responsibility : Experience in full cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, and screening, scheduling interviews and placing personnel in quick turnaround time. Expert in searching/sourcing potential candidates from social networking sites like LinkedIn and Google by using different search strings which suits the job profile. An out-of-the-box thinking capabilities to strategize and couple it with hands-on execution abilities to search for niche technical skills. Professional, Adaptable and Resilient - able to take no for an answer yet still apply 100% effort throughout the work day Goal oriented; have a burning desire to be successful. Conduct technical interviews to obtain candidate's IT skills. Use Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint. Must be a self motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills and the ability to effectively work with recruiters and all levels of management. Strong knowledge in IT Technologies.
