Job Description:
Previous outbound sales, and/or telemarketing experience preferred
Prior work experience in Internet research is an advantage
Excellent communication, customer service and selling skills
Ability to deliver information in a manner that is easily understood by the customer
Ability to think independently and follow through effectively
Must be dependable, have an eye for detail and strong customer orientation skills


Competency Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in the service industry, preferably in a call center
Ability to navigate and use different computer program applications
Strong interpersonal skills and good customer-orientation skills
Excellent in spoken and written English and accurate typing skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year

Job Qualification: 
Must be a College Degree holder
