Position Summary:
Customer Service Associate & Senior Customer Service Associate
A CSA/SR.CSR in this role deals with a number of incoming calls, pertaining to the client’s business.
The associate provides excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction.

Minimum Eligibility:
Minimum eligibility criteria to apply to this position:

Age: 18 to 40 years of age

Education / Qualifications:
10th
12th
Graduate
Post Graduate (Except LLB / Chartered Accountant / MBBS / ICWA)


 Travel boundary limits :
Candidate should be residing within the local transport limits
Cabs provided

Key Responsibilities::
 Answers incoming customer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call or chat.

Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Polite and customer service oriented
Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries

Typing Skills: 15 wpm with 85 % accuracy
