Responsibilities

Perform Requirement gathering, Design & development
Lead design discussion and provide technical solutions as needed.
Work / coordinate with customer team to realize the goal as planned.
Benchmark systems, analyze system bottlenecks and propose solutions to eliminate them.
Support Software process adherence and compliance with Quality assurance standards.
Coordinate/lead Iteration planning, stand-up meetings, SW Quality Audits.

Job description

8 to 10 years of experience in embedded software / firmware design, development and architecting
Proficient in embedded C++ and C programming for ECU development in automotive domain Advance Driver Assistance System (ADAS) / Automotive Safety Integrity Level (ASIL) / Infotainment
Strong knowledge of OOAD and OOPS concepts
Excellent knowledge of Autosar, MISRA C and ISO 26262
Hands on experience with QT / Embedded Linux / QNX
Good knowledge of 16/32 bit Microcontroller architectures
Knowledge of Bootloader and flashing of Boot Loader
Hands on experience with CAN, I2C, SPI and UART communication protocols
Knowledge of ISO14229, ISO15765 and J1939
Used automotive SW testing tools CANalyzer / CANOE / UDT / DET
Knowledge of Matlab / Simulink / ETAS-ASCET/Labview
Experience in leading a team of 6 to 8 developers and testers.
Used IBM Clear Case / IBM Synergy / Tortoise SVN for version control
Used IBM Clear Quest / Mantis / Bugzilla for defect tracking
