Manual and Automation Test Engineer openings in Allegis Group @ Pune

Individual with a technical background and an understanding of how technology can be used to enhance quality assurance testing. 
Experienced in development and data base design. Responsible to work with other QA personnel in the automation of test cases in support of enhanced regression testing for IPS releases. 
Works with QA team to innovate and develop opportunities to utilize technology to support the QA mission and to improve overall quality assurance testing processes.
Documents issues as they arise and monitors resolutions.
Able to work as an integral member of the quality assurance team.

Role
Coordinate and participate in review and testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of assigned Client developed systems.
Review current test cases for possible automation and confirm adherence and conformance to installation standards and methodologies.
Review user manuals for accuracy.
Adhere to and enforce consistent company and department testing standards and procedures.
Identify, document, and implement process improvements.
Apply technical and business knowledge to solve issues.
Share application knowledge and mentoring newer team members May be responsible for Test Coordination duties including:
Status reporting and metrics creation
All About You
- 7+ years of experience into testing both in manual and automation
- Good knowledge of automation tools like QTP / Selenium
- Quick learner about new automation tools
- Demonstrated ability in multitasking and leading a small team (1-3 members)
- Good knowledge of Test management tools like QC / JIRA / ALM
- Hands-on experience in Functional and regression testing 
- Hands-on experience in Agile framework like Scrum
- Good knowledge of Defect life cycle
- Card processing industry knowledge is required
- Industry standard certification like CSTE / ISTQB is preferred
