BIM Engineer – Architecture and Structure


We are looking for an experienced Revit Architecture and Structure modeler to join our fast-growing
company as BIM Engineer – Architecture and Structure and further strengthen our BIM division.

 The responsibilities of the BIM Engineer – Architecture and Structure include:

• 
  
• Build accurate and coordinated BIM models from 2D drawings for construction purposes
• Create accurate BIM models from point clouds for drawings preparation, 3D printing, facility management, renovation, etc.
• Generate accurate production / shop drawings from BIM models in Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Supervise, coach, assess team members; further recruit best Revit Architecture and Structure modelers
• Accurately estimate team workload for each project and communicate to our European salesforce
• Supervise and manage the quality Assurance and Control of architecture and structure modeling subcontractors
• Work with our MEP Team Leaders to properly coordinate Architecture, MEP and Structure models
• Continuously explore new technologies and improve working methodologies
• Ensure and/or supervise Quality control of the deliverables of his/her team before releasing to the client
• Travel to Eurosia’s other offices as and when required

Desired Skills & Experience

• The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a top-rated university
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as Revit Architecture and Structure  modeler
• Experience in creating BIM models from CAD drawings and point cloud is a must
• Experience with Navisworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in BIM modeling on overseas projects (e.g. Europe, US, Australia, UAE) is a must
• Experience in supervising of junior modelers is a plus
• Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals
• Strong interest in BIM and related technologies evolution
• Very good interpersonal skills, ability to work with colleagues of different cultures and located in different countries
• Valid passport
