Job Title:
Looking for Reports Quality Check Associate

Key Responsibilities:
To draft & check the screening reports produced by the verifications team indeed meet the quality standard set by the company.
Responsible for timely delivery of reports to clients.
Need to use analytical skills to analyse the findings of an individual's background.
Provide feedback to the verifications team on the standard of the report produced.
Need to follow up with the verifications team in case reports go on hold during quality check.
Need to follow client directives on the report formats.
Maintain up to date tracker on the status of reports produced, delivered to client & on hold reports.
Maintain up to date invoice tracker of the reports delivered to clients.
Responsible for coordinating with the operations team in case of client request for clarification / amendments in the report & delivering the same to client as per their expectations.
Generating list of pending reports from the verifications team & informing the team on a daily basis.
Following up with the verifications team on pending reports.
Generating list of total reports produced end of every business day.
Addressing/ training the operations team on regular intervals on reports front dos & don’ts / amendments in the reports formats etc.

Education Qualification  No specific qualification needed.

Candidate Location:  Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad.

Gender: Male/Female

Experience: 0 to 6 months of work experience.

English Rating 3,4 & 5 as per Fresher world’s UI.

Work week Monday to Friday 09:30 am 6:00 pm, Sat / Sun is fixed off.

Salary: Rs 10K Rs 12K per month + performance incentives.
Travel Allowance
