Job Description	Responsibilities: 1) Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. 2) Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. 3) Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. 4) Thorough Quality assurance and focusing on the details on the deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. 5) Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards. 6) Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. 7) Minimizes our exposure and risk on project. 8) Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. 9) Facilitates team and client meetings effectively. 10) Holds regular status meetings with project team. 11) Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors. 12) Create, design and implementation of demand generation programs in Eloqua. 13) Subject Matter Expert on product, integration process and complex program flows. 14) Assist clients with day-to-day process improvements, if needed, metrics reporting, simple solutions to complex policies 15) Accountable for success of solution and acceptance by customers. Skills & Qualifications: 1) 4-5 years experience in Managing Marketing campaigns or IT applications. 2) Working experience in HTML, Java script and CSS is a must. 3) Experience in either Database Marketing, Marketing Operations, or Email Marketing. 4) Strong process development skills; ability to transform best practices and prospect requirements into highly efficient and executable business processes. 5) Exceptional Communication skills. 6) Ability to apply creative thinking and sound reasoning, and to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. 7) Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and as a team. 8) Proactive, detail-oriented and capable of handling a high volume of work 9) Proficiency with complex IT/software solutions is a plus. 10) Understanding of internet technologies (such as HTML, Flash, JavaScript, XML, Perl, web servers/technology, streaming media) 11) Must be able to demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative 12) Results oriented, outstanding attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Attention to Detail. 13) Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies 14) Knowledge of ASP/Internet based technologies preferred as well as related technologies such as databases and integration frameworks. 15) Experience with any of the following: Eloqua, Oracle/Siebel, Salesforce.com, SalesLogix, Microsoft Dynamics, or Net Suite CRM is an asset.
