Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for independently applying advanced engineering techniques and analysis for problems and methods.
• Responsible for the management of design and production of highway deliverables
• Effective communicator to interaction with overseas team of project managers to understand project brief. 
• Provide technical support to the Team Leader, and act independently as may be required under certain circumstances
• Interface with other Engineering disciplines for the integrity of design and it's completeness.
• Provides technical guidance, mentoring and support to the design engineers and CAD technicians
• Oversee the design progress to meet the deliverable milestones
• Accountable for Design quality.

Qualification:

• Should have Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and Master’s in Transport planning is preferred
• Minimum of 12 and above years of work experience in  infrastructure/highway projects
• Should be familiar with the highway projects starting from concept to tender and construction stage.
• Must possess sound knowledge of various highway design standards AASHTO/DMRB/Middle East/IRC
• Must have hands on experience in MX/Civil 3D / 12D software.
• Should have carried out the document / drawing quality control checking process.
• Experience in working in global deliveries, with contractors (EPC and DDB) is desirable
