Active CPC certification is mandatory

Any life science graduates (BPT, nursing, medical transcription preferred), Codes and abstracts information from a variety of medical records and assigns appropriate codes based on medical documentation using CPT-4 and/or ICD-10coding guidelines.
A) Should have strong knowledge in human anatomy and Physiology along with E/M specialty and HCC coding.
B) Should have very good attitude Flexible to work in shifts Understand business requirements and cooperate when needed.
C) Need to develop training materials and update the contents that are relevant to the specialty
D) Should have Ability to conducts assessments, program evaluations and end-user proficiency assessments
E) Should demonstrate good communication skills and interpersonal working relationships
D) Should d emonstrate knowledge in general coding
F) Should be highly skilled specialist in one or more areas. and understands the departmental issues and how related areas interact to achieve results.
G) Need to have multitasking skills
H) Should be a certified coder
