Purpose
- To establish robust planning mechanism while arriving at section plan. To facilitate & support achievement of policy objective through effective review system. Analyze & improve effectiveness of actions .Ensure continuous PDCA to achieve planned result.
Responsibilities:
- Annual planning exercise of volume ,strategies ,guidelines
- Implement a review mechanism to monitor progress policy objectives & guidelines
- Be a single point repository of data/MIS for the section
- Collate data from across all sources (Production,Sales,CRM,Business planning,Planner,External) & provide the same in actionable formats to all section members based on user levels.
- Track all planned activation from timeliness, effectiveness & budgetary control
- Input or alerts to brand team on focused outliers,variance,key deviations for effective action planning
Requirements:
- Any graduation + MBA with 4-8 yrs experience in sales planning or market planning
- Location: Bangalore
