Purpose

• Design & development of new materials & process thru new technologies (assigned by Head –ML); Failure analysis to eliminate customer complaints 
• Development of test procedures and material standards

Responsibilities:

• Plan and assign DVP for New Products, Technology Features 
• Plan and facilitate the failure analysis and suggest countermeasures
• Checking reports prepared by Materials research engineers for report release (TRF, benchmarking DVP)
• Identify, plan & execute EHS, Regulation requirements for NPD, New Technologies
• Identify, plan & execute new materials and test methods for critical components
• Resource Planning - Facilities, Quantity of Vehicles / Parts for testing
• Plan for new test facilities for NPD / Technology Projects

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess atleast a Engineering/equivalent.
• Atleast 5.00 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Middle Level/Management.Job role in Function Leader.
• 1 Full Time/equivalent position(s) available.
