- Should have 15 to 20 years of experience in HR activities
- Represent HR at the leadership level, leading HR functions on a pan-India basis
- Would be responsible for leading the entire HR activities across the organization including Recruitment & Staffing, Training, Rewards & Recognition programs, Performance Management, Employee engagement and satisfaction programs
- Developing & implementing interventions in the area of learning & development, staffing & reward management
