- BE/BTech/BBA/B.Sc(IT and CS) candidates from 2015/ 2016 Batches with aggregate 65% and above.
Job Description:
- The Support Consultant will be part of Eka’s global product support team.
- The Consultant will be responsible for providing customer service to Eka clients through research and resolution of support issues and communicating solutions to Global multi-billion $ clients.
- Skills :
- Sound understanding of software applications and support/development processes
- She/he will be possessing superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- The role demands sound problem solving and analytical skills for handling diverse complex client issues.
- She/he is expected to be well planned, organized and manages time effectively.
Responsibilities :
- Analyse reported issues and provide a resolution in accordance with SLA to ensure client satisfaction.
- Works as part of a team to resolve client issues that affect multiple clients.
- Regular up-to-date accurate information is recorded in the incident management system so that customers can see progress on the support issues.
- Conveys customer feedback to management.
- Participates in teams and special projects to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
Salary :
- 3 LPA
