  • Guiding the franchises in availing best schemes from company.
  • Motivating and supporting the franchisees to improve their productivity.
  • Helping them in handling them in quality, cost and speed of our services.
  • Customer feedback collection from clients who have availed our services.
  • Evaluating the good and the poor performances of franchisees.
  • Grievances handling if it comes from Franchisees of Customers.
Skill Requirements
  • Good written and verbal communication skill.
  • Should know Hindi, English and additional one regional language.
  • Age group : 20 to 25 year
