Work Experience : 5 Yrs & above

Gender : Male / Female

System Knowledge : Ms-Office/ IT knowledge in softwares.

Language’s Known : English ( Read, Speak & Write ) Tamil ( Read, Speak & Write ) Hindi ( Speak ) .
Additional Preference : Driving License Must in Two Wheeler for Male Candidates.

Skills : Fluency drafting correspondence official letters, mails, etc.,



Accounts Department  – Job Description

MANAGER – ACCOUNTS :


  1. He / She should know about the details of CTO and CTO Related works thereof. (i.e., VAT ; CST online Return filing works etc., )
  2. He / She has to handle the organisation’s Auditor Level of knowledge.
  3. He / She must be an expert in TALLY accounting Software up to date.
  4. He / She must be a good drafting capability through system as per the prescribed format.
  5. He / She must be known about all types of mail correspondence.
  6. He / She must be well versed about Income Tax Knowledges.
  7. He / She must be well versed and having drastic exposures of persons in connection with arranging banking oriented / finance while expanding our business for our company.
  8. He / She must observe the company’s business in depth and developing our company subsequently in a growth over position nature.
  9. He / She must an all-rounder like all top to bottom works in his / her department i.e., data entry ; excel workings ; Tally ; MIS Reports Preparation ; P& L and B/s Report Preparation and Audit Compliances accompanying etc.,
  10. He / She must aware about all Legalities / Rules & Regulations as mentioned in companies act / Income Tax Act – while maintaining books of accounts relevant with Audit compliances.
  11. Coordinating with Sales / Purchase managers for sending Quotation / Payment follow ups through mails / sending reminders to customers about outstanding.

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (Sr. Executive / Executive):


  1. He / She – Front office Face-value should be there.
  2. He / She – Vendors Handling in Front Office
  3. He / She – Petty Cash Handling experience required.
  4. He / She Typewriting Speed in English must be there.
  5. He / She must be an expert in Ms – Office (Word / Excel / Power Point / PDF / scanning / printing / photocopying) expertise practical knowledge should be there.
  6. He / She must be aware about the TALLY Latest version with full up-dation currently with regular touch.
  7. He / She should accept the Job Shuffling like other departments ie., inter departmental change over periodically as per the management decision as and when required from time to time (i.e., Co-ordinations with Cashier / Data Entries / Admin related / other necessary important works)
  8. Assisting for Accounts managers in respect of filing of E – Returns of CST ; VAT etc.,
  9. Assisting for Accounts managers while preparing MIS Reports / P&L / TB / Balance Sheet and thereon.
  10. Assisting for Sales / Purchase managers for sending Quotation / Payment follow ups through mails / sending reminders to customers about outstanding.
  11. He / she should capable of raising customer sales bills in billing software without any clerical errors.
  12. He / She should coordinate with relevant departments after reading all official mails and accompany thereon.
  13. He / She should make all the required entries in company’s purchase and sales and billing software to complete the transaction.
