Requirements :

  • Graduate/ Post graduate with good command over English.

  • Should possess knowledge in IT skills (hardware's & software's, application and technologies).

  • Should have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Will be involved in client servicing and providing technical support related to our software products and services to US clients.
  • Should work with a standard protocol, utilizing a documented process to respond to customer issues via E-support, Phone and remote support.
  • Provide answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
  • Improve client reference by writing and maintaining documentation.
