Requirements :
- Graduate/ Post graduate with good command over English.

- Should possess knowledge in IT skills (hardware's & software's, application and technologies).

- Should have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities :
- Will be involved in client servicing and providing technical support related to our software products and services to US clients.
- Should work with a standard protocol, utilizing a documented process to respond to customer issues via E-support, Phone and remote support.
- Provide answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
- Improve client reference by writing and maintaining documentation.
