Graduate in any discipline; Min 2-3 years of relevant experience

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Ensure achievement of Primary & Secondary target for the territory

Enhance Distribution network, by focusing on distribution

Enhance visibility of products, through merchandising aids & activities

Implement activities, and Key accounts activities; Implement Launch plan for new products; Focus on Key brands

Organize and plan the market working for self and DS

Identify Sourcing and Training of DS and develop a strong DS talent pool

Furnish reports related to market workings and sales

Ensure Distributor claims process completion on time
