Job Description :
Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy
Work with senior leaders and managers of departments to develop strategies and demonstrable links between engagement and their strategic goals
Employee Staff Retention and Counseling
Employee Engagement / Motivation and Organizational Development
Should be an escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues
Organizing all major celebrations and festivities, health camps.
Maintaining Employees Database.
Desired Candidate Profile :
People Management skills & Counseling skills
Analytical and Problem solving skills
Effective communication, Sympathetic and Sociable.
Peripheral knowledge of the basic Labour Laws and other laws related to employee welfare.
Experience: 0- 3 years
