We are currently looking for full-time, experienced and talented executives in Training & Development (Technical)interested to join our HR team. Candidates must have exposure in designing and delivering training programmes in Information and Communications Technology (ICT). Candidates must have the ability to conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees in order to continually improve productivity, quality of work, and build employee loyalty. The trainer will analyze and perform needs assessments for organizational development and determine the most effective methods to deliver technical training. Candidate should enjoy working in a challenging environment. Candidates with 2 to 3+ years of experience in relevant field are preferred.
What are we looking for?
- Graduate (or) Post Graduate in computer science or related field
- Programming proficiency in the following languages: C++, C#, ASP, DOT NET
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Interest and/or passion towards people development
- Must possess extremely good communication skills & interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to motivate, mentor induvidual and teams
- Excellent presentation skills is required
- Responsibilities:
- Designing training programmes appropriate to the skills needed
- Delivering training programmes in both a formal (e.g. a classroom) and informal (e.g. floor-walking) setting
- Provide support for mentoring program for new employees
- Supporting and coaching learners to deliver skills
- Conducted knowledge sharing sessions with team members
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes and learning outcome
- End to End handling of ANGLER Academy related tasks
- Preparing and sustain of document as per ISO norms
