- Social media/ORM/Online CRM
- Be responsible for Overall TVS Digital Strategy formulation and execution
- Develop and execute the TVS Online CRM strategy and execution
- Be the DOMAIN EXPERT and play a service provider role to enable each Brand Manager to optimally use and leverage the medium.
- Be responsible for adopting cutting edge practices pertaining TVS Motor Brands
- Drive higher engagement and community building using Social media platforms -Drive greater stickiness for TVS family of brands
- Build online reference model
- Significantly impact mindshare through usage of online platforms
- Significantly engage and positively impact category Opinion Drivers and key influencers for each of the brands
- Drive increasing share of MOTs to online platforms
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess atleast a Management/Engineering/Arts & Commerce/equivalent.
- Atleast 2.00 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
