Primary skills :
Sets up and maintains cadence for Agile ceremonies like Sprint planning, daily standups,
retrospectives, Sprint grooming etc.
Leads and manages several Agile teams effectively.
Conducts scrum of scrums for effective dissemination and sharing of information across the
teams.
Challenges engineers for fair & reasonable estimates.
Maintains Agile boards and influences engineers to update it regularly.
Facilitates in effective sizing of user stories during sprint planning
Generates reports that are available from the Agile tools(s) and make it available to Engineering
manager\PLM.
Ensure that no engineer in the scrum team is waiting on anything -- internal or external to the team.
Maintains and provides sprint artefacts like sprint burndown charts, velocity, capacity etc.
Provides timeline estimates to the portfolio based on sprint metrics

Desired Skills:
Ability to become an administrator of agile tools
Ability to craft alternative workflows within Agile tools, e.g., Jira workflow.
Understands the nuances of crafting user stories, e.g., INVEST mnemonic
Understands horizontal and vertical slicing
Interest to bring about agile transformation within the company
