Job Description
The individual would be playing a role of a lead architect for a team consisting of more than 50 individuals working in banking domain. The person would be involved in the architecture and early stage discussions of several projects at a time (with various client representatives) and it is imparative that the person must have good communication skills.
The person must have leadership skills to manage more than 10 individuals and should have a proven record of mentorshipand and training.
The individual must be up to date with technology and must have proven track record of continues learning.
The job may involve travel (when the global situation permits) and the candidate must be up for it.
Experience of conducting interviews and team formation would be an added advantage.
The person would be working in the banking domain and prior experience working in BFSI domain would be an added advantage
Qualifications
Technical Requirements
8-11 years of experience
The person should have hands on full stack development experience
UI: prior experience working on Web/Windows application implementation. HTML 5, ASP.Net, LIT Elements, WPF, Angular and Node JS, React
Design Pattern: All major design patterns
Experience working on various Queuing systems
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
Server side: Knowledge of SignalR Implementation
Services: Rest based Web APIs, experience working on WCFs
Databases: Microsoft SQL Server. The person must be adept writing SQL stored procedures and SSIS packages
Deployment: Pipeline based deployment using DevOps. Knowledge of PowerShell would be necessary.
Documentation: The person must be good at documentation of Design documents
Must have 3-4 full life cycle project implementation experience leading team of developers and test analysts.
Soft Skills
Good spoken and written communication skills (English).
The person must be an extrovert and should be able to contribute enthusiastically during Stand-ups/Meetings
