Type: 12 Months (Fixed Term Permanent) Years of Experience: 8+ Years Role: VM Ware ESX Consultant Work Location: Brisbane Job Description: Total years of Experience – 8+years • Should be an expert in handling high critical Production Incidents with multiple stakeholder communications. • Good working knowledge of VMware ESX/ESXi Servers (4.x; 5.x; 6.x). troubleshooting skill at ESX/ESXi level (Command Line); logs analysis. • Good working knowledge of HA & DRS Cluster, vCenter servers. • Hand on experience in Memory Management Techniques; Snapshot; Cloning; Templates. • Able to configure manage standard and distributed switches. • Basic Knowledge of SAN storage and storage, file systems. • Good hands on experience on Enterprise class x86 servers (HP; IBM & CISCO; Blade servers. • Experience in V2V; P2V and VMware virtual centre deployment & troubleshooting.
