Brief description :
We are looking for a Senior Corporate Communication Specialist with very good command over the English language/Creative writing, the ability to put together presentations/marketing materials in the shortest possible time, ability to work with cross-cultural staff members etc.
Plan and manage effective internal and external corporate communication strategies for Toonz Media Group companies. focused on external communication, new initiatives, success stories, corporate news, and events.
Impact & contribute to increase brand exposure and create a strong public image of the company on a global basis.
Draft content, prepare presentations, plan press conferences, and organize promotional events.
Work closely with CEO of Toonz Media Group for press releases and write-ups for interview replies for trade publications, targeting international and domestic markets as well as for internal newsletter articles.
Build strong relationship with key Journalists, Content providers, Associations and Industry experts.
Manage PR programs and build up a network of regional PR agents to deploy external communications programs into local global markets.
Work with internal corporate functions and group companies to develop and deliver a wide range of internal and external communications programs for both confidential and public information.
Drive the communication programs around new branding, sales successes, awards, and new business initiatives to all associates.
Coordination with 3rd party partners on images/content/visuals for co-productions and new IP development - as and when needed.
Manage external trade market events attendance needs of the group.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams for product and marketing mailings to broadcasters and buyers, which includes preparation of contents, selection of images, briefing on designs etc.,
I will be responsible for the preparation of presentations for new IP creations and projects with a commercial focus.
Prepare corporate presentations in consultation with the CEO for the internal and external presentations.
Periodically update Toonz website in consultation with the concerned heads.
Closely work with Production department/ Leads / Partners for the creation of sales materials like Character poses/backgrounds/Screenshots etc for Titles.
Work closely with sales teams and concern HODs for press releases.
Develop new story ideas, create highly engaging copy and material to support all communications programs. Help coordinate the organization, programs, events, and internal resources for the Annual Leadership Summit.
Research media opportunities and industry trends. Build a database of publications, websites, speakers, industry experts, content providers, etc.
