Location- Gurgaon
1. TL Sales - Must have team handling experience into Voice Process for B2C(sales)
2. TL/AM Ops - Must have experience into handling a team of telecallers for B2C (Customer service)
3. TL Upsell- Must have minimum 2 years of experience into upselling process and team handling
4. AM/DM/OM- Collections and Renewals - Must have good experience into handling a team of telecallers into collections process
5. MIS Executive- Must have excellent working knowledge on Advance Excel and Google sheets
Note : We are 6 days working with rotational off
