Managing and coordinating HR Operation related activities like Offer, Joining and on-boarding, Employee, Exit, FNF, Documentation, background verification.
Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
Communicating via Phone and mails for all HR Operation related quarries.
Good verbal & email communication skills.
Any PG/Diploma/Degree in HR Preferred Experience
Good To Have Experience in using HRIS or HR PORTAL
Knowledge of complete HR Operations / Processes - On-boarding to Exit.
