Job Summary:
- We are looking for strong portfolio monitoring engineers, who will monitor our round the clock services, proactively automate various processes and generate various reports for business needs and provide data support for our customer care team.
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:
- Generate and Monitor internal reports for the process flow
- Troubleshoot for various anomalies in applications, loan volume and systems in general
- Setting up alerts and escalation mechanism
- Technical support for customer care operations and direct customer queries
- Pro-actively automate various processes for seamless operations
Skills & Knowledge:
- BE/B Tech in Computer Science or in related Engineering fields or MCA/MSc
- 0-1 year of experience in software development
- Strong in Logic and in at least one Object Oriented programming language, preferably Python, and in query language, preferably using MySQL or equivalent.
- Willingness to work in flexible hours
- Ability to explore open source tools and a drive for continuous learning
