Hands on experience in entire recruitment life cycle
Experience in sourcing through job portals (Naukri, Monster), Linked in,Internal Database/ATS, Headhunting and many more.
Should possess excellent communication skills , negotiation skills
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to engage well with candidates
Should be good in End-to-End recruitment process.
Agile and fast decision makers to deliver quality in the dynamic nature of staffing business. Target oriented
