Skills Required:
Experience building web applications using Java, .Net, PHP (or any aligned technologies)
Sound knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts
Ability to understand business scenarios and translate them to technical requirements
Ability to pay attention to detail while gathering requirements and felicitate them
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodology
Willingness to learn new technologies with limited guidance
Ability to multitask and work cohesively with diverse technical teams
Good grasp of general web concepts, database concepts and UI fundamentals

Should be able to communicate in clear & concise fashion

Role Description:
As a Developer, you will be provided on the job training on Salesforce platform once you join us. Online course materials will help you accustom to the platform beside the training provided. Eventually, you will start building application modules using the Salesforce platform with guidance from your peers.
Once you become a full-fledged Salesforce Developer, your day in and day out responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Gathering requirements from the customers independently
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform leveraging design patterns (standards, solution-specific)
Customize, develop and support solutions on salesforce.com, Force.com platform
Engage with the client and participate in process flow analysis and design
Communicate with other resources and with clients regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions
Demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to deliver solutions on the Force.com platform that comply with the best practices
Provide the design and estimation for the requirement with defined process and quality
You will perform peer review, guide and coach them on best practices
