Job Description
1) Demand Validation & Fulfilment
2) Workforce Planning based on business forecast including pipeline building, reskilling, available pool, roll offs & proactive hiring. Working closely with recruitment team and enable them to create resource pipeline for any adhoc/ramp up.
3) Coordination with all stakeholders including delivery leads for fulfilment.
4) Owning fulfilment life cycle.
Skills required: MS Excel, Effective Communication, Understanding of demand & supply, Conflict Resolution & Stakeholder Management.
