Position Overview:
The junior web analyst will have to check the given sites as per the pre-defined guidelines. Further, the junior web analyst will need to document and present the findings to the concerned point of contact within the stipulated timelines.

Job Location:
Bangalore

Responsibilities:
Maintain excellent product knowledge and attend all training sessions.
Conduct in a professional and informative manner in all communications
Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) system during the entire communication process
Respond to or meet and exceed daily targets in a timely and accurate fashion
Provide daily / weekly / monthly reports on the key metrics associated with the process
Work with team leaders to identify challenges to improve overall process execution
Suggest improvements that can be made to increase efficiency and help meet / exceed goals
Share expertise and best practices with new recruits and co-workers

Job Requirements:
Any experience in digital marketing/web technology is preferable but not mandatory
Freshers are welcome but only those who have an interest in Analytical Roles
Good communication skills
Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times
Strong work ethic
Basic computer skills including Internet, Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
