• B.E/B.Tech(CS/IT,ECE),ME/MTech,MCA candidates from 2012,2013,2014,2015 batch.

Job Description :

• Selected candidates will be working on Software Development.

Percentage :

• 50% throughout academics

Package Offered:

• CTC offered: 2.5 to 3.25 lacs per annum 

Process of Interview:

• Free Skill Incubation Training starting from 25th for 6 days @ 4hrs per day. There will be 2 Batches, Morning and Afternoon batch of 100 students each.
• Final Assessment on the 7th day.
• The final result will be based on the combination of marks acquired during the free skill incubation training and the final assessment.
• The Selected Candidates will have to go through a 3 month intensive SkillAssure Competency Development Program. During the Training period they will be paid Rs. 7500 /- to meet their bare minimum expenditure at bangalore.
• The SkillAssure Competency Development Program is a Pratian sponsored training program which is worth Rs.75,000 /-.
• From month 4 they will undergo a Project Internship for the next 3 months during which they will be paid a min Salary of Rs. 15,000 for the next three months.
• From month 7 onwards candidates will be provided with an offer of 2.5 to 3.25 Lac CTC. based on the performance. 8 batches starting from 25th of Jan 2016 (8 batches of 100 candidates each batch per week).
• The Candidates will have to bring their own Laptops for the free training and also competency developement training.
