Having good knowledge in OTM modules Fleet Management, Operational planning, Transportation Intelligence, Carrier Sourcing
Strong Integration knowledge on different modules in OTM.
Troubleshooting on Shipment planning, Bulk planning , tracking events.
Configuring notification and automation agents.
Creating trip templates, dashboards and analytical reports.
Strong in PL/sql
Should have Client handling experience and good communication skills
